Realty Solutions was founded by Steven L. DuToit over 20 years ago to help agents that worked hard to obtain their Real Estate license, and are currently not able to pursue a full time career in Real Estate due to the lack of time and resources to launch this new venture, perhaps have a Florida Real Estate license in voluntary inactive status, are tired of the competition as a Real Estate Agent or are just getting ready to retire, however would like to keep generating income with their Real Estate license.
Steve holds the Certified Residential Specialist (CRS) designation, and also the GRI, CRB and SRES designations. He was awarded “Realtors Emeritus” in 2015 by the National Association of Realtors.
His specialties are: Residential Properties, Investment Properties, 1031 Exchanges, Self directed IRA, Trusts, Estate Sales, Residential Relocation, New Home Builde, Rental Property Management.
Over the course of his Real Estate career of over 47+ years as an Agent, Broker and co-owner of Keller Williams Realty Select in Lakewood Ranch, FL, Mr. DuToit has accomplished over $400 Million in residential sales. Unfortunately, during this time, he also saw many professional colleagues give up on their Real Estate careers. Steve decided to create a program that would help these agents, and that is when Realty Solutions was born.
